Every year we ask God to lead us and direct those whom He will to us. We are blessed to have everyone who will be ministering at the conference. Of course, I am really excited about Minister Alvin Slaughter coming to share with our attendees. Alvin has a tremendous testimony of how God orders our steps when we submit to His will. He will minister in song and speaking.

I am also excited about Dr. Hyveth Williams; she was one of the very first female pastors I ever heard speak at Oakwood College. She is dynamic!!

Dr. James Doggette will break the words from on high, and finally Dr. Cedric Dent will provide details on his music ministry during our UCAA Luncheon.

We are happy this year to have some great presenters. The Fabulous Artist John Stoddart, Producer Roger A. Ryan, Pastor and Songwriter Damian Chandler, Rajkumar (Kumar) Dixit, Pastor Paul Graham of Full Circle Ministries, Atlanta’s Chorale New Creation Director Tony Thompson, Music Director Deedré Nicole Thomas, Professor Michael Jothen of Towson University, Filmmaker Paul Kim, Dancer Nicole Richardson, Attorney Loren Mulraine, Angela Henry CPA, and many others. This year we are poised to have over 100 voices in our UCAA Mass choir under the capable direction of Bruce Seawood. Bruce has had years of experience with choirs across this country and we are excited that he will be leading out this year. Please also spread the word our Praise and Worship Leader Dr. Alan Woodson has some great plans for this year’s conference.

For Worship leaders and teams and Musicians   - We offer sessions on chorale conducting, children’s music ministry, you are a Minister of Music now what?

And this year, we will welcome back-Drama and Liturgical Dance and their connection with music in worship.
